You Can Enjoy Life Again...
Really.
But I’m NOT here to tell you everything will be the same again.
Life unexpectedly changed us — but going forward, so will healing. As your strength increases and your resilience grows, and as you learn to prioritize self and health, you’ll begin to rebuild a new life that is recognizably your own — even if it is different from the life you used to lead.
Ready to Begin Working With Me?
The Roots & Wings Program pages provides an overview of the assessments and programs available. If you’ve already reviewed those options and decided my approach seems like a good fit for you and your circumstances, the next step is to choose the starting point that feels best to you.

#2 Emerging Symptoms Assessment — $875
For people who have been experiencing declining health on a month-by-month basis for roughly four months or more — with symptoms like, but not limited to:
frequent pain, exhaustion, insomnia, brain fog, digestive problems, seemingly allergic reactions, anxiety, frequent or repeat injuries or falls, or other changes in their health that interfere with their ability to manage their normal activities. This includes ease of going to work, caring their families and home, exercising, and maintaining a social life.
The Emerging Symptoms Assessment provides a comprehensive investigation of your health history, symptoms, potential contributing factors, and relevant systems and patterns. During the first appointment, we’ll discuss functional lab testing and decide which tests, if any, should be ordered at your expense. Lab testing is purchased separately with an administrative fee in addition to the lab fee.
The Emerging Symptoms Assessment can be purchased without committing to long-term work with me or even having to sit through a sales pitch for one.

#3 Systems & Symptom Assessment — $ 875
For people living with complex chronic illness, long-standing symptoms, or a substantial loss of health and capacity who want a comprehensive investigation of the factors that may be contributing to what is happening in their body.
The R&W Systems & Symptom Assessment provides the investigation, findings, and recommendations without requiring you to commit to an ongoing program. During the first appointment, we’ll discuss functional lab testing and decide which tests, if any, should be ordered at your expense. Lab testing is purchased separately, with an administrative fee in addition to the lab fee.

#4 Restorative Health & Reintegration Program — $2,295 per module
R&W Systems & Symptoms Assessment — $875
Modules 1 & 2 — 13 weeks each — $2,295 per module
The Restorative Health & Reintegration Program is for people who have been living with complex chronic illness for most of a year, for years, or even decades.
The program is composed of two parts: The R&W Systems & Symptoms Assessment(purchased separately) and followed by the two 13-week modules, called Modules 1 & 2. Module 1 begins after completion of the R&W Systems & Symptoms Assessment.
Our expectation is that our clients who have upward of 30+ symptoms, multiple diagnoses, and a long-term expectation that they can’t get well — or even get somewhat better — will generally require a minimum of six months to make significant headway, and possibly longer if they have been chronically ill or housebound for years.
The purpose of the multiple Modules is simply to provide some financial ease, enable financial planning for the work, set clear expectations about likely time commitment, and break the work into components that feel less intimidating. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. This is our nod to that.
Modules 1 & 2 make up one continuous six-month arc of work, customized on a weekly basis around your assessment findings, your ongoing health and capacity, your life circumstances, and the way your body responds to new priorities, reductions in toxic exposures, new inputs for your body systems, lifestyle accommodations and rehabilitative efforts.
We assess, develop an understanding of your body, strategize, implement recommendations and protocols, monitor results, and adjust your strategy throughout the six months and during any additional support modules.
Extended Program Support — 13 weeks — $1,595
This is for clients who believe they would benefit from additional time and support, or who would prefer to continue with longer-term, relationship-based support after years of illness, isolation, and lack of social support.
Our Extended Program Support provides continuing access to me as a practitioner who already knows you and your history, understands the complexity of your health, cares about how you're doing, has helped develop and implement your strategy, and is invested in helping you achieve your goals. We continue evaluating what is and isn't helping and adjusting your strategies as needed, just as we do throughout Modules 1 and 2.
For people living with complex chronic illness, that continuity can provide an important support net as they continue rebuilding their health and their lives.

#5 Roots & Wings Roadmap to Renewed Health — $ 2,295 for Module 1
R&W Systems & Symptoms Assessment — $875
Modules 1 & 2 — 13 weeks each — $2,295 per module
The Roadmap to Renewed Health Program is for people who have been experiencing an ongoing month-to-month decline in their health and capacity for approximately four months to a year.
They want to change the downward trajectory of their health and capacity to avoid unwelcome interruptions to their careers, adverse effects on their finances, and kind of exhaustion that affects their ability to interact with family, friends, clients and professional colleagues.
The clients who come to our work in general, have long-term symptoms that have not resolved with several visits to their Primary Care Physician and possibly a few specialists. By then, their symptoms may be well entrenched. For those clients, we expect it may take approximately six months to resolve or improve their symptoms, and possibly longer.
For others with fewer body systems impacted, less entrenched symptoms, who are more proactive in following their protocols, or who are fortunate enough to be fast responders — Module 2 and, less possible but possible - even the Extended Program Support may not be necessary.
There is a world of difference between:
Someone with digestive difficulties and migraines, and
Someone whose only health issue is they got Lyme disease while camping one weekend, and
Someone who has anxiety on top of chronic pain and exhaustion; can’t sleep; has brain fog, hEDS, MCAS, and toxic exposures — and still goes to work every day.
How might the Roadmap roll out in practice?
The Roadmap to Renewed Health is composed of two parts: The R&W Emergent Symptoms Assessment (purchased separately) and followed by one of the following combinations of activity:
Module 1 followed by Module 2
Module 1 followed by the Extended Program Support
Module 1 followed by Monthly Consultations
The purpose of the multiple modules is to provide some financial ease, enable financial planning for the work, set clear expectations around potential time commitment, and break down the work into components that feel less intimidating. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. This is our nod to that.
Whichever path is appropriate for you will provide a continuous arc of work, customized around your assessment findings, your ongoing health and capacity, your life circumstances, and the way your body responds to new priorities, reductions in toxic exposures, new inputs for your body systems, lifestyle accommodations, and rehabilitative efforts.
We assess, develop and expand an understanding of how your body operates, strategize, implement recommendations and protocols, monitor results, and adjust your strategy throughout our work together.
Extended Program Support — 13 weeks — $1,595
Extended Program Support is available for clients who would benefit from additional time and support, including those who value the continuity of longer-term, relationship-based care or who may have limited social support.
You continue working with me as a practitioner who already knows you and your history, understands what we have learned about your health, cares about how you're doing, has helped develop and implement your strategy, and is invested in helping you achieve your goals. As we continue to learn more about how your body responds, we evaluate what is and isn't helping and adjust your strategy as needed.
That continuity can provide an important support net as you continue working to change the trajectory of your health and rebuild your life.

My work is educational and supportive in nature. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care.
I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP) and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) Practitioner. I utilize detailed health assessments and functional laboratory testing to help identify patterns; potential contributors to symptoms; and areas that may warrant additional action, further investigation, or additional support.
I help and educate clients to synthesize the entirety of their health history and understand the multitude of potential non-medical interventions they may choose to implement as they undertake to rebuild their health foundations and renew their health.
I work with individuals living with complex, overlapping challenges — including chronic pain and fatigue, tickborne and post-viral illness, environmental exposures, digestive concerns, and insomnia.
