Daily Nourishment Tracker

For approximate use

The Daily Nourishment Tracker is a simple, flexible tool designed to help you see whether nourishment is actually happening — across the day and across the week.

Many people eat in pieces, on busy schedules, or without clear meal boundaries. By the end of the day, it’s often hard to tell whether you ate enough or what’s already available to eat tomorrow.

This tracker supports two practical needs:

1. Gentle daily nourishment awareness

The tracker provides space to roughly note:

  • protein

  • carbohydrates

  • fat

  • fiber

  • water

You don’t log meals.
You don’t hit targets.
You simply notice what shows up.

By evening, you have a clear, calm sense of whether you ate enough — and what might be helpful next.

If carbohydrates and fats are already showing up easily for you, you may choose to track only protein and fiber.

2. Seeing what food is already available

The tracker also includes space to list food that is already prepared and ready to eat, such as:

  • roast chicken

  • soup

  • burgers or patties

  • leftovers in the fridge or freezer

Writing this down helps food get used instead of forgotten — and reduces last-minute decisions when energy is low.

Food that’s visible is food that’s more likely to get eaten.

How this tracker is meant to be used

  • Numbers are approximate

  • Partial meals and snacks count

  • Grazing counts

  • The goal is awareness, not precision

This tracker is designed to support continuity, reassurance, and momentum — not judgment.

At the end of the day, you’re simply asking:

Did nourishment happen today — and is there food ready for tomorrow?
