There’s a double edged sword for those with lots of symptoms like chronic pain, exhaustion, inability to sleep, and brain fog — plus whatever else is going on. Digestive issues. Constipation. Anxiety.
The double-edged sword is that just when we need to use all of our abilities to figure notice the details of our health because we just noticed we haven’t felt well for awhile
The million dollar question is do you want to do something about it. Can you even summon the energy?Maybe you’re unwilling to chase it. Maybe you think you’ve done everything. You’ve been to doctors and some other practitioners.

If you’ve been working on it, been to multiple doctors and youre no better, I recommend instituting a legitimate decision-making process. In business school, you learn it like this:
First: Recognize you have a problem
Second: Get consensus that something should be done.
Third: Generate ideas that may solve the problem

When you’ve been dealing with symptoms for a long time, it’s easy to feel as though you’ve tried everything. You may have tried a great deal. But you may never have had the chance to step back, take stock of the whole picture, and make a plan that fits your actual capacity.
